We know it can be a little sad when the item you really want is sold out online. So to save you time and effort, we'll search our entire portfolio of stock to try and find it for you in one of our stores, via our Sole Searcher service.
Once we've located your item in-store, we'll send it out to you, along with any other items you've ordered online. Sole Searcher items are only available by Standard Delivery – but to give us a chance to find you your item in perfect condition please add 5 days on to any delivery promise. It'll be worth the wait!
Once your item has been despatched, you'll receive your order confirmation and all the information you need to track your order as usual. If your order contains other items they'll be dispatched at the same time.
Terms and conditions Very occasionally we won't be able to find the item you are looking for. In this instance we'll cancel the missing part of your order and send you an email to confirm that you will not be charged for that part of the order.
We have the same returns policy for delivery from store as other purchases made online. Therefore we are pleased to offer a refund of full priced items within 28 days of receiving your parcel, by either using one of our free returns postal options or by taking the item to one of our standalone stores.
